Refund Policy

This policy covers paid plans on LiveNote — Ad-Free Premium and Developer API plans. It is operated by the operator of LiveNote.

1. The short version

If a purchase didn't deliver what it promised, you get your money back. Digital access can't be “returned”, so the honest version is: genuine problems are always refunded, quickly and in full.

2. When you can get a refund

  • Within 7 days of a Premium purchase, if you're not satisfied — no interrogation, just write in.
  • Any time, if something went wrong on our side: you were charged but the plan didn't activate, you were charged twice for the same period, or the feature you paid for wasn't available.
  • Developer plans: within 7 days if you haven't used more than 10% of the plan's quota for the term.

3. How to request one

Email [email protected] or use the contact page from the address on your account, with the payment date and amount (visible in Settings → Billing). Refunds are issued through the original payment method via our payment provider — the money usually arrives within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

4. What happens to access

A full refund ends the plan's access immediately: ads return for Ad-Free Premium, and Developer plans drop back to the free tier's limits. Partial refunds (where offered as a resolution) leave the remaining term active.

5. A note on renewals

LiveNote plans are one-time purchases — nothing renews automatically, so there is no “cancel subscription” step. To stop paying, simply don't renew. Developer plan terms run 30 days from purchase (stacking onto any remaining time) and expire on their own.

6. Abuse

Repeated buy-use-refund cycles may lead to refund requests being declined. This exists to keep the policy workable for everyone, not to trap anyone into a bad purchase.
